Care Comparison is a growing care referral and signposting platform that connects individuals and families with suitable homecare providers.
Following strong growth over the past two years, we are looking for a commercially driven Head of Business Development to lead the next stage of our growth.
The Role
You will take ownership of business development, partnerships, and revenue growth across Care Comparison.
A key part of the role will be building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, referral partners, and organizations across health and social care. You will also win new subscription partnerships with homecare providers that would benefit from joining the platform and receiving relevant care enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business development and growth strategy
- Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders and referral organizations
- Develop new referral routes and commercial opportunities
- Secure new subscription partnerships with homecare providers
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to agreement and payment
- Grow and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners
- Support the retention and development of existing partnerships
- Work closely with the founder to shape the future direction of the business

About You
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Strong commercial, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and business owners
- Able to generate, manage, and close new business opportunities
- Proactive, results-focused, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience within homecare, healthcare, social care, or subscription services would be beneficial
