Head of Business Development
About Us
We support independent record labels, distributors, publishers, and recording artists with royalty processing, financial, and administrative services.
Our mission is simple: make our clients’ lives easier by taking the complexity out of royalties and solving problems before they become headaches.
We're a friendly, collaborative team who value curiosity, innovation and supporting one another.
We've built a strong reputation and a loyal client base over the last decade and we’re now making our first dedicated business development hire to help fuel our next chapter.
The Role
We're looking for a Head of Business Development to join our management team and help shape the next stage of our growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy.
This is a hands-on role. You'll build and manage our prospect pipeline, develop relationships across the industry, lead outreach, and own the sales process from initial contact through to signed agreement and successful onboarding. You’ll also be the face of the company at conferences and industry events both in the UK and abroad.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
