Key Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Own and deliver the European region's annual revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Define and execute regional strategy covering UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, and adjacent markets
- Build and manage the full business system: annual operating volume, warehousing capacity, team headcount, and revenue at scale
Commercial Development
- Lead commercial efforts to acquire and retain cross-border e-commerce and brand clients
- Design client-facing supplier evaluation and cost-reduction frameworks leveraging in-depth knowledge of real logistics cost structures
- Support pricing strategy and RFQ responses across overseas warehousing, customs, linehaul, and last-mile services

Operations & Network Management
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations: overseas warehousing, customs brokerage, linehaul, fleet coordination, and last-mile delivery
- Drive operational KPI achievement across quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Lead supplier integration and performance management; establish vendor rating and SLA governance frameworks
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across the full logistics chain
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing European local team
- Establish clear performance management, goal-setting, and talent development processes
- Bridge between European operations teams and China HQ stakeholders

Requirements:
- 10+ years in international logistics and cross-border supply chain, with significant experience in the European region
- Demonstrated track record of building a multi-country European logistics network from the ground up (0→1), with full P&L accountability
- Deep hands-on knowledge of the real cost structures of overseas warehousing, customs clearance, linehaul, fleet, and last-mile in Europe — gained from the service provider side
- Proven experience managing large operational teams across multiple European countries
- Strong commercial acumen: able to lead sales, RFQ responses, client negotiations, and supplier governance simultaneously
