This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced automotive leader who thrives on accountability, takes ownership of results, and inspires others to achieve more together than they ever could individually.
As Head of Business, you will have overall responsibility for the performance, profitability, customer experience and culture of the dealership and the Rygor Mercedes-Benz passenger car aftersales site in Heathrow. You will lead all departments, bringing together Sales, Aftersales, Parts and Support Teams to create a united, high-performing operation.
You'll be responsible for developing a strong team culture, attracting and retaining great people, building effective relationships with the OEMs, and ensuring every team member understands the part they play in delivering outstanding results.
Most importantly, you'll be a visible leader who creates an environment where people feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed.

- Significant leadership experience within a franchised passenger car dealership.
- Experience leading vehicle sales and aftersales operations.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven P&L accountability.

- Monitor and improve key operational and customer experience metrics.
- Coach and support site team members to achieve their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with the brands and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with Rygor's support teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Maintain exceptional standards of health and safety, compliance and governance.
- Create an environment where colleagues are engaged, recognised and motivated to succeed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
