Head of Business (iGaming)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Business (iGaming) based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to lead business growth initiatives within the fast-evolving iGaming industry, with a strong focus on expanding market presence across Latin America. You will drive strategic partnerships, build executive-level client relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities in a highly competitive global market. Working at the intersection of sales, product strategy, and market intelligence, you will help shape expansion plans while representing innovative technology solutions to leading operators. This position is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a remote environment, understands the iGaming ecosystem, and enjoys creating long-term business value. You will play a key role in accelerating growth, strengthening partnerships, and influencing product direction through customer insights and market expertise.
Accountabilities
- Lead business development activities across the LATAM iGaming market, identifying growth opportunities and expanding commercial presence in key regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, operators, and potential clients through consultative sales approaches.
- Understand customer strategies, challenges, and business objectives to position solutions effectively and deliver tailored recommendations.
- Become a product expert across the full portfolio of solutions, communicating value propositions and technical capabilities to prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, existing relationships, and targeted outbound strategies.
- Develop, manage, and optimize sales pipelines in collaboration with commercial teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and business proposals to secure strategic partnerships and new accounts.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market visibility and build relationships.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support improvements in products, marketing strategies, and commercial initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks within LATAM markets.

Requirements
- Significant experience in B2B iGaming sales, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including Sports Betting, Casino, Slots, Live Casino products, and relevant market regulations.
- Proven track record of building client relationships, managing sales processes, and achieving commercial growth targets.
- Commercially focused mindset with strong business acumen and a clear understanding of revenue-driven strategies.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required; Portuguese proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights into business opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with strong ownership and self-motivation.
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-growing, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a structured approach to managing complex business relationships.
