Vision Statement
The Head of Business Performance is a newly created senior role that will play a pivotal part in developing a deep understanding of Twinings UK&I performance, finding the best ways to integrate drivers of the business into core reporting and insights. This role will lay the foundations of best-in-class performance management and be a valued partner to Sales, Marketing and the Leadership Team. In this role you will lead and own performance insight and information to the business in a timely manner to address risk and opportunities and drive growth to ultimately become the leading brand in wellbeing. You will be the One Voice on performance to the business with clear insight and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of right information and insight at the right time to drive the right decisions and actions around business performance
- Removing the burden of the commercial and strategic teams by cutting through to insight and delivering the right information OTIF
- Delivering a strong independent financial budget, forward forecast and identifying our gaps to target
- Create & lead a highly motivated, engaged and curious team who are connected to the business purpose and delivering the strategy
- Ensure a unified and simple voice on performance to ensure business teams are clearly informed on the HERE’s WHAT and SO WHAT is happening in the business with clear cut through to drive action
- Delivering killer insights to the business by looking at not only the here’s what but the so what to help identify the impact on performance including what is an issue and what is ‘watch list’
- Taking responsibility for financial budget, forecast and Latest Estimates by bringing an independent financial view and identifying where there are opportunities and risks to our plan.
- Identifying ways to evolve our reporting processes and systems using technology and simple tools in order to save time and bring speed of information
- Providing clear and simple reports and scorecards delivered in a timely manner that cover all of the key metrics and allow us to identify performance in a simple way with dynamic information by channel and brand
