A Day in the Life
Based at our Gateway office, you will report to the Chief Growth Office and Supply Chain, leading the Business Planning team to optimize sales forecasting for L'Oréal Luxe.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop the Business Planning team, aligning strategy and driving organizational excellence.
- Forecasting & Landing: Coordinate the annual forecast and month-end landing, collaborating with Customer Business Directors to estimate turnover.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly sales, leading meetings with senior leaders to highlight risks and opportunities.
- System Innovation: Drive the rollout and adoption of the Business Planning Management (BPM) tool.

- People Leadership: Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven capability to influence internal and external partners.
- Analytical Thinking: Deep understanding of the trends influencing sales forecasts.
- System Knowledge: Proficiency in forecasting tools and advanced Excel.
- Effective Communication: Ability to simplify complex messages for senior leaders.
