Are you a motivated and passionate individual looking to make a difference?

DEBRA is recruiting for a Head of Business Services to join our friendly and supportive Head Office Team, on a Full Time/Part Time Contract, working a contract of up to 35 hours per week, earning a salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum (FTE). This role is based in our Head Office, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FZ (Office Based).

About DEBRA

We are a National Charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) - a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.

What we are looking for in our Head of Business Services

The Head of Business Services is a senior operational and governance role, responsible for ensuring that DEBRA’s retail operation and the business support functions underpinning it run efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard. The postholder will lead and co-ordinate the Business Services team, providing critical operational support across stores, eCommerce, new goods, estates, and health and safety. Acting as a key link between the Director of Retail and Trading, the wider retail field teams, and head office functions, this role ensures that the infrastructure underpinning the retail estate is robust, well-governed, and continuously improving.

The role carries two further organisation-wide responsibilities: governance of DEBRA’s commercial contracts, Store Operations and Administration and Board and Senior Leadership Team Support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
