With offices in the UK, US, and Canada, and over 80 global industry experts, we deliver B2B solutions that deliver real, measurable results and impact.
Job purpose
As ramarketing’s Head of Integrated Delivery, you will lead our specialist delivery capabilities, taking overall responsibility for how our expertise, people and disciplines come together to deliver high-quality, commercially effective work for our clients.
As a member of the Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with Growth, Intelligence, Platform, People and Finance to ensure our delivery capabilities are aligned with the strategic and commercial direction of the business and the evolving needs of our clients.
Leading through our capability leads across Digital and Performance Marketing, PR, Design, Content and Scientific, you’ll set clear direction and create accountability for performance, quality and development. You’ll empower those leaders to take genuine ownership of their disciplines and teams, whilst ensuring we operate as an integrated delivery function rather than a collection of individual capabilities.

What you’ll be responsible for…
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the overall effectiveness, quality and evolution of our delivery capabilities (Design, Dev, Content, PR, Digital Marketing) and the value they collectively create for our clients and the agency.
You’ll balance internal leadership with client influence, commercial judgement and the development of ramarketing’s specialist capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Be a senior specialist partner to our client and client-facing teams

- Focused on raising standards — for our leadership, our work, our client delivery and the capability of the agency as a whole.
