Head of Capital & Sales

πŸ“ Paris | Hybrid
πŸ“„ Type: Full-time, Permanent (CDI)
πŸ’Ό Industry: Venture Capital, Private Markets, Investment
πŸ‘‰ Field: Capital Raising Β· Investor Relations Β· Sales Leadership
πŸ—£ Languages: English and French (other languages are a plus)
πŸš€ Start Date: Q4 2026

About Inovexus

Inovexus is a cross-border acceleration fund and private investment community backing early-stage B2B tech founders with global ambitions. With a network of 2,000+ investors, founders, and mentors across 20+ countries, we provide capital, strategic guidance, and access to international networks, working closely with founders to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

This role sits at the centre of that mission: you'll own the capital number end to end, from investor interest to signed commitment to cash received, and turn it into the most reliable capital engine in European venture.

Your Role

As our Head of Capital & Sales, you own one of the most important engines in the business: turning investor interest into committed capital, predictably. You'll lead the investor relations and capital team, run both of our sales motions under one operating system, and personally carry our most important investor relationships. This is a results-first, full-ownership seat across three focus areas:

1️⃣ Own the Capital Number

  • Take full ownership of capital raised, equity committed, deals financed and conversion velocity, monthly and quarterly.
  • Run both motions under one system: Capital Equity (raising for Inovexus through partner programmes, family offices and UHNWI) and Capital Invest (financing each startup round alongside business angels and partners).
  • Own the forecast of record: weekly, by owner, amount, date and risk, with interest, verbal commitment, signed commitment and cash received kept strictly separate.
  • Give Ventures a committed monthly financing capacity, and own the annual capital plan with a named owner for every euro.

2️⃣ Sales Operating System & Team Leadership

  • Lead the investor relations and capital team: daily stand-ups, clear activity standards, and weekly coaching.
  • Make the pipeline reproducible, not reactive: defined stages, real conversion assumptions, a dated next step on every conversation, and a CRM the team trusts.
  • Build separate playbooks for partner, family-office and deal-financing conversations.
  • Work hand in hand with our Strategic Operations team, which runs campaigns and lead generation, feeding them fast, specific conversion insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

3️⃣ Senior Relationships, Partnerships & Compliance

  • Personally lead the most important family-office, GP and UHNWI opportunities, from first meeting to cash.
  • Build and hold the relationships that compound: family offices, private banks, multi-family offices, GPs and the investors who introduce other investors.
  • Partner with the Ventures team on deal timing, and with Finance on cash and reporting.
  • Keep every investor-facing conversation and artefact inside the PSFP compliance architecture.

You'll carry the most important relationships and close them yourself, owning the result end to end, and as the model proves out, build and lead the capital function beneath you.

πŸ“ˆ What Success Looks Like

  • Every investment vehicle closing on its stated date, against a forecast you called weeks in advance.
  • A team running at standard every day, with or without the leadership in the room.
  • A capital plan owned line by line and tracking against the yearly target.
  • A compliance record with zero exceptions to the PSFP architecture.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

πŸ’Ό Experience & skills:

  • 10+ years in capital raising, investor relations, private banking or wealth management, placement, or senior B2B sales, including 4+ years managing a team against activity and revenue targets.
  • A capital-raising track record you can state in numbers: amounts, investor types, time to close, and your personal share.
  • A forecast history you are proud of, and the discipline to separate interest from commitment from cash.
  • Established relationships with family offices, UHNWI advisers, multi-family offices or GPs, in France and beyond.
  • Fluent with pipeline data: stages, weighted pipeline, conversion rates, time to commit. You have run a CRM, not just used one.
  • Player-coach: you close the biggest relationships and build the team that will close the rest.
  • Strong analytical depth: you know the difference between a commitment and a conversation, and report the one that's true.
  • Excellent communicator, credible with family offices, private investors, partners and founders.
  • Experience in venture capital, private markets, club deals or SPV syndication is a strong plus.

πŸš€ Mindset:

  • Results-first and ownership-driven, comfortable operating under a hard number with full accountability. Nothing that touches conversion is "not your problem."
  • You'd rather tell leadership the forecast is short early than explain a miss late.
  • You talk about capital closed and cash received.
  • Autonomous, structured, and resilient, with a strong bias to action.
  • Works in close proximity to Ventures and Strategic Operations; builds the system behind the scenes and shows up credibly in front of investors.

πŸŽ“ Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • International experience or a strong interest in working in a multicultural environment.
  • πŸ—£ Languages: Fluent English (C1) required. French strongly preferred; other languages are a plus.

✨ Why Join Inovexus?

  • Own a number that matters: real, end-to-end ownership of how Inovexus turns investor interest into capital.
  • Build the engine: you won't inherit a sales machine, you'll design the operating system that scales the model.
  • A seat at the table: report directly to the Founder & CEO and sit on the leadership team.
  • Access to everything: a network of 2,000+ investors, founders and mentors across 20+ countries.
  • Career accelerator: built to grow into a senior capital leadership role based on performance.

🎁 Perks & Benefits

  • Hybrid work model (partial remote / work from home).
  • Performance-based variable compensation tied to capital received.
