About the Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed next generation AI infrastructure business at a pivotal stage of expansion. The company is developing and operating critical digital infrastructure assets that support the accelerating adoption of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing across Europe. Crucially, sustainability and renewable energy are embedded at the core of the business’s operations and long-term growth strategy.
Working directly with the CEO, CFO, Board and investors, the successful candidate will lead all capital markets activity, shaping and executing the financing strategy that underpins the company's ambitious growth plans, development pipeline and M&A agenda.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over capital allocation, funding strategy and stakeholder engagement across a sophisticated institutional investor base.
The Role
As Head of Capital Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's capital markets strategy across debt, private credit, structured finance and broader funding solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
