Head of Care & Wellbeing Operations

📍 East Anglia | Milton (Cambridge), Norwich or Ipswich Hospice
💼 Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
📄 Permanent
💷 £66,582 - £77,368 per annum (FTE), dependent on experience

Please specify your preferred hospice base location when applying. This is primarily an onsite role with occasional hybrid working opportunities.

Lead services that make every moment matter

At East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), we're looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our Care Directorate as Head of Care & Wellbeing Operations.

As a key member of our Care Senior Leadership Team, you'll provide leadership across our hospice services, ensuring children, young people and families receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care. You'll lead Service Managers and Wellbeing Leads across our three hospices, driving service improvement, innovation and transformational change.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through change and service development
