About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Mortgage Case Management at Tembo. They will be responsible for leading the team of case managers, supporting customers from the point of mortgage application through to completion.

Responsibilities
- Leading the team of Mortgage Case Managers
- Providing a world class customer experience
- Managing complaints and problem solving
- Collaborating with the Mortgage Adviser Team
- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with key external partners
Qualifications
- 1 years+ experience in a leadership role
- 2 years+ experience in mortgage case management/administration in a mortgage broker environment
- World class customer service skills
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage lending practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Professional certification in mortgages (CeMAP or equivalent) is a bonus
