Creative ITC is seeking an experienced Head of Change

Creative ITC is seeking an experienced Head of Change to establish and lead the organisation's Change function.

In establishing the Change function, the Head of Change will:

  • Bring together the various existing change resources into a single, dedicated organisation
  • Take overall ownership for successful delivery of Creative’s portfolio of change, comprising both client facing and internal projects including:
    • Onboarding of new clients, spanning their Transition, Transformation and full Adoption of services (TTA)
    • Projects delivered to existing clients e.g. as add-on work
    • Creative’s internal projects
  • Establish best-practice project and programme disciplines, both within the Change function and across wider change activity in Creative.

This is a highly visible client-facing role that combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery, requiring someone equally comfortable shaping executive-level change strategy and rolling up their sleeves to support teams through the practical realities of adopting new ways of working. The role will involve working with clients and Creative team members, at all levels, bringing to bear a mix of project, technology and softer skills.

Education and Experience

  • Degree educated, or equivalent relevant professional business experience
  • 10+ years of project and programme delivery in leadership positions
  • Demonstrable experience of leading change across large-scale technology
  • Experience within a managed services, IT or technology-led organisation is highly desirable
  • Expertise in a range of project delivery approaches including Agile
  • Recognised project management/change management qualification (e.g. APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
