Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

What will you be doing?

As Head of Change Management, you’ll lead and shape the organisation’s approach to change, ensuring strategic programmes and transformation initiatives are successfully adopted and deliver lasting business value.

You’ll be responsible for developing and embedding a consistent enterprise-wide change management framework, integrating change activities into programme and project delivery, and ensuring people, process, and cultural impacts are considered from the outset.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining and leading the change management strategy across the portfolio, aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption, and behavioural change across complex transformation programmes.
  • Establishing and maintaining change management methodologies, tools, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Partnering with senior leaders, programme teams, HR, and business stakeholders to build alignment, manage change impacts, and maximise value realisation.
  • Coaching and developing change capability across the organisation, equipping teams with the skills and knowledge to successfully lead change.
  • Monitoring organisational readiness, adoption effectiveness, and change-related risks, providing insight and assurance to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across portfolio, delivery, technology, and transformation teams to embed change management into every stage of programme delivery.
  • Championing a people-focused approach to transformation, helping colleagues embrace and sustain new ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
