Location: Remote-first, Europe-wide. Travel required across the region.
Function: Marketing — European Channel & Alliances Organisation
Reports to: Marketing Director, Europe
About the Role
The Head of European Channel Marketing owns the marketing strategy for TrendAI™'s European Channel & Alliances Organisation. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Europe, and working closely with the Channel VP and Alliances Director, the role translates the channel and alliances strategy into partner-facing marketing programmes, demand generation, and enablement content. It drives the marketing engine behind a services-first indirect go-to-market strategy — fuelling pipeline for both partner tracks: transactional/solutions-led (PDM) and services-led (PSDM). The role owns marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, sets the partner marketing strategy, and ensures marketing investment is deployed efficiently and in a coordinated way across the partner ecosystem.
The north star is clear: accelerate annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth through the channel.
This is a senior leadership role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-country market, turns bold ideas into partner programmes that deliver, and rallies a team and a wide network of stakeholders around a shared goal — all with an AI-native mindset. It is a platform for someone motivated by measurable impact and ready to lead from the front.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
