Head of Channel & Distribution Europe
International Manufacturer – ProAV
Location: UK | Europe-wide remit
We are conducting a confidential search for a senior Head of Channel & Distribution Europe on behalf of an established international manufacturer within the ProAV sector.
This appointment forms part of a broader commercial transformation and growth programme across the European business.
The Opportunity
This is a pure leadership role with full accountability for the performance of an established, multi-country reseller network generating eight-figure annual revenue.
The successful candidate will inherit an existing European sales team and will be responsible for strengthening commercial discipline, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving greater performance accountability across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a multi-country channel sales team across Europe.
- Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and KPI discipline.
- Drive structured sell-through initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.
- Accelerate revenue growth across an established reseller and distribution network.
- Strengthen pricing governance and improve channel consistency.
- Raise performance standards through effective coaching and accountability.
- Act as the commercial link between Sales, Product Management, Operations and Marketing.

The Mandate
The business is moving from a period of operational consolidation into its next phase of commercial growth.
Key priorities include:

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a senior sales leader from a hardware manufacturing background with:
- Proven experience leading multi-country reseller and distribution networks across Europe.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management and sales governance capability.
- A track record of improving team performance through coaching, structure and accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
- The confidence to make clear people, performance and organisational decisions.
Experience within professional ProAV, Broadcast or a closely related technology sector is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Base salary circa £110,000-£120,000
- Performance-based bonus
