About givestar

givestar is building the next generation of charitable giving. Our platform is designed to make fundraising more social, engaging, and rewarding for the people raising money, the charities they support, and the events that bring them together.

While many of the world's established fundraising platforms were built more than two decades ago, givestar was created around how people use technology today: mobile-first, connected, and community-driven.

And we're well beyond the idea stage.

givestar has already helped raise around $70m for charity, built a community of approximately 750,000 users, and works with major charities and fundraising events. With around 10,000 new users joining each week, the foundations are in place for the next stage of growth.

Following a $12m Series A, we're now moving from startup to scale-up. We're investing across our leadership, product, engineering, and commercial teams, while accelerating our expansion into the US.

About the role

We're looking for a Head of UK Charity Sales & Account Management to lead and develop our UK charity commercial function across Sales, Account Management, and Enterprise.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of these teams, turning our commercial strategy into clear priorities and targets, and making sure we follow through on them.

As givestar grows, you'll help put the structure, processes, and accountability in place to grow UK charity revenue across new business, retention, and expansion.

What you'll be doing

UK charity performance

  • Own day-to-day delivery against UK charity revenue targets across new business, retention, and expansion.
  • Turn the CRO's commercial strategy into clear team and individual targets.
  • Own forecasting across the function, keeping on top of gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
