Are you a Senior Civils Engineer with experience running and managing a team of Engineers, looking to become the go-to technical expert within one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry?
Are you looking for a role with complete autonomy, where you will have the opportunity to build your team of Engineers, with a clear scope to progress into a director-level role in the future?
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing, and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuring all KPIs are met across the board.
The company is a leading consultancy, delivering bespoke civil and structural engineering solutions nationwide. It is renowned for its supportive, family-like culture and excellent staff retention. Due to increasing demand, the business is expanding its Engineering teams. With their exceptional growth, there will be exciting progression opportunities across the UK in years to come.

- Managing and developing a team of Civil Engineers
- Managing key residential and commercial accounts
- Ensuring all KPIs are met - reporting directly to the directors
Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
