Tarafi Capital Advisory is a boutique M&A and capital raising advisory firm operating across the Global Markets. We advise founders and business owners on sell-side transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates across SaaS, FinTech, BioTech, MedTech, AgriTech, and Deep Technology.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Client Acquisition to build and own our client pipeline. This is a commission-only role — you earn when we close. If you are good at getting in front of founders and business owners and converting conversations into mandates, this is for you.

What You Will Do
- Identify and approach founders and business owners who are potential clients for Tarafi
- Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Qualify inbound interest and book discovery calls with the advisory team
- Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM updated
- Convert prospects into signed mandates
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communicator who can open doors and hold conversations at founder and C-suite level
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on a performance basis
- Understanding of M&A, capital raising, or financial services — or a strong desire to learn fast
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition preferred
- No hand-holding — you need to be able to work independently from day one

Compensation
This is a commission-only role. You earn a percentage of fees generated from clients you bring in. Full structure shared on application.
