London (4 days in office) with international travel | £90,000–£110,000 + bonus and benefits
The opportunity
Jackson Rose is working with a well-established private equity business that serves an ultra-high-net-worth client base. The business is entering an ambitious period of growth, and client experience will be central to how it grows.
Its clients are successful entrepreneurs, family office principals and senior business leaders. They value discretion, expect the highest standards, and are most influenced by what their peers recommend. This new senior role will shape how the business looks after these clients and how it introduces itself to new ones.
The role
- Design and lead a private client programme that rewards loyalty and encourages introductions.
- Host an international calendar of small, invitation-only events, including private dinners, roundtables and briefings, plus a few signature occasions each year.
- Build and manage partnerships with luxury and wealth brands that share the same clientele, each run as a commercial relationship with clear objectives.
- Work closely with the client relationship team to deepen relationships with the most valued clients.
- Bring client insight back into the business so every team understands who it is serving.
- Lead and develop a small team, with scope to grow the function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
