Head of Client Experience
Location: Leeds
We are seeking an experienced Head of Client Experience to join a leading, independent investment management firm based in the heart of Leeds. In this leadership role, you will oversee and elevate our retail client service operations, ensuring excellence across all client touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of two managers.
- Champion retail client service excellence, driving strategies to continuously improve the client journey.
- Ensure full alignment with regulatory expectations, with a firm and demonstrable grasp of Consumer Duty requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

About You:
- A proven background in retail client services, ideally gained within wealth management, investment management, or retail banking environments.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Consumer Duty regulations and their practical application.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the capability to manage, inspire, and guide a team of managers.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client-centric solutions.
