Head of Client Operations & Change
Our client is a leading global asset manager seeking an experienced Head of Client Operations & Change to lead the evolution and transformation of its client operations function. This is a senior leadership role combining operational management, strategic change and transformation, with responsibility for driving improvements across a number of client and regulatory reporting functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the existing operating model and identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, enhance controls and introduce greater automation and standardisation. They will lead the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring that change is delivered effectively and embedded across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership across client operations and reporting functions.
- Developing and implementing future-state operating models and processes.
- Leading significant business transformation and operational change initiatives.
- Driving process re-engineering, automation and standardisation.
- Supporting the implementation of new technology and operational platforms.
- Improving operational controls, governance, MI and service delivery.
- Working closely with Technology, Data, Product, Risk and Compliance teams.
- Managing senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
- Developing a clear roadmap for the continued evolution of the function.

The Ideal Candidate
- A senior leader with significant asset-management experience, combining strong operational expertise with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation and change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to operate strategically at senior level while maintaining a strong understanding of operational detail.
- Experience across client reporting, performance, regulatory reporting or investment operations would be highly relevant.
