About the Company
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Client Services to join an ambitious agency and take the lead on its client relationships, account growth, and client services team.
This is a senior role for someone who can balance strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and exceptional relationship management... someone who understands that great client service is about much more than keeping projects on track!
Description
You’ll lead the client services function, working closely with the agency leadership, creative, and delivery teams to ensure clients receive a consistently high-quality experience and that the agency continues to build long-term, valuable partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the client services team, providing clear direction, support, and coaching.
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and becoming a genuine strategic partner to them.
- Overseeing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring relationships are strong, proactive and commercially healthy.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and increase agency revenue.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure briefs are well understood, and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Providing senior oversight across accounts, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and aligned with client objectives.
- Supporting forecasting, pipeline management, account profitability and resource planning.
- Helping to shape agency processes and ways of working to continually improve the client experience.
- Playing a key role in pitches, new business and agency growth.
- Acting as a senior voice within the agency, helping to challenge and improve how the business operates.

Experience
You’ll have significant senior-level experience within an agency, most likely currently working as a Head of Client Services, Client Services Director, Group Account Director, Business Director, or equivalent.
