Location: North London (Hybrid)
We’re partnered with one of our key clientele who are a fast-growing SAP Gold Partner supporting them with the appointment of a Head of Client Services.
This senior leadership role will take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring an excellent standard of service while driving retention, account growth and long-term managed services opportunities.
You’ll also have the opportunity to build and shape a scalable Client Services function, working closely with Sales, Delivery and Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own senior relationships across a portfolio of strategic SAP clients.
- Act as an executive sponsor and trusted partner to C-level stakeholders.
- Drive account retention, renewals, growth and managed services adoption.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SAP services and solutions.
- Lead client governance, account planning, service reviews and QBRs.
- Manage escalations and develop effective client recovery plans.
- Own portfolio revenue, margin and commercial performance.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals and commercial governance.
- Build and lead a high-performing Client Services/Account Management function.
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery to create joined-up client growth plans.

About You
- Senior Client Services, Account Management or Customer Success leadership experience within SAP or technology consulting.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound client portfolios with revenue and margin responsibility.
- A strong track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts.
- Experience developing long-term managed services relationships.
- Confident building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial, contract negotiation and deal-structuring experience.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Previous experience building or scaling a Client Services function would be highly beneficial.
