You’ll be joining a 350-person, £30m+ global group with an established, profitable £4m+ events portfolio spanning long-standing client relationships and a healthy flow of inbound opportunities.

Where are the opportunities within existing relationships? Are you doing the right work? Is it priced properly? Are margins being protected? Could the account management be better? Are things being scoped properly before they reach operations?
You’ll lead the commercial and client-facing side of event projects, working closely with an experienced Operations Director who owns delivery.
You’ll have real autonomy to shape the team, recruit where needed, introduce new ways of working and take day-to-day commercial ownership away from the MD.
You’ll also join the Board from day one, with a potential route to Managing Director if that’s where your ambition takes you.
