About Serova
Serova builds personalized cancer vaccines. Each vaccine is made for the individual patient from their own samples and given in partnership with their treating physician. We work directly with patients, and we're now opening our own clinic in Bozeman, Montana, to treat them.
The Role
We're opening our own clinic in Bozeman, Montana. You'll set it up and run it: license, budget, vendors, policies, and patient flow. Then you'll hire the team underneath you, including nurses, a research coordinator, specimen operations, and pharmacy.
What You'll Do
- Build a costed opening plan and timeline
- Own the clinic license, equipment, vendors, and operating budget
- Write all clinic policies and procedures, including HR, orientation, and staff training
- Plan patient flow, appointments, and staffing with the medical director and lead nurse
- Hire the team: lead clinical research nurse, research nurses, research coordinator, specimen operations, and an investigational pharmacist
- Set up records, service contracts, and routine reporting
- Test the full patient journey with a simulated clinic day before the first patient

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
