Head of Clinical Safety | AI HealthTech
A growing HealthTech business is looking for a senior clinical safety professional to take ownership of clinical product safety across its AI-powered platform.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with Product & Engineering to make sure products are clinically safe, compliant and fit for real-world use.
You’ll own:
- Clinical Risk Management System, Hazard Log & Clinical Safety Case
- DCB0129 and clinical safety sign-off
- Clinical risk assessments and adverse event investigation
- AI safety testing, monitoring and escalation frameworks
- Clinical input into regulatory and NHS requirements
- Embedding clinical safety into agile product development

You’ll need:
- Previous experience as a Clinical Safety Officer
- Current UK clinical registration (GMC, NMC, HCPC or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ post-qualification clinical experience
- DCB0129 training, or willingness to complete it
- Strong clinical risk management experience
- Experience working with Product, Engineering or Technology teams
- Digital Health / HealthTech experience

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid UK
A 4-day week may also be possible for someone looking to maintain clinical practice alongside the role.
