The Client

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with one of the UK & Europe’s leading providers of employee healthcare benefits, supporting underserved areas of healthcare through an innovative digital platform.

Our client’s mission is to make personal healthcare more accessible, inclusive and human for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age or relationship status. Their comprehensive healthcare offering bridges the gap between traditional private medical insurance and general practice care, providing holistic support across fertility and family forming, maternity and infant care, menopause, women’s and men’s reproductive health, neurodiversity, mental wellbeing and lifestyle health.

Following significant growth, investment and expansion, the organisation is entering an exciting new phase and is now seeking an experienced Head of Clinical Services to lead the clinical function and help shape the next stage of the business’ development.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing health-tech organisation at a pivotal stage in its journey. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the Clinical Services team while acting as the clinical face of the organisation, driving operational excellence, team development and external engagement as the business prepares for substantial client growth.

The successful candidate will combine strong clinical leadership with commercial awareness and the ability to confidently represent the organisation externally. Alongside overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, you will play a key role in developing clinical pathways, creating educational content, delivering webinars, supporting customer relationships and contributing to wider business strategy.

Initially, the role will provide leadership continuity during a period of maternity leave within the team. However, this is a permanent appointment with significant long-term growth potential and the opportunity to build and lead an expanding clinical function.

This role would particularly suit a senior clinical leader from a fertility, reproductive health or women’s health background who enjoys working within a dynamic, scaling environment where they can have genuine influence and impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
