Company Description

Gardin is building a real-world operating system to power the future of farming by helping food producers deliver higher yields, better nutrition, and superior crop quality. Through a closed-loop growth and nutritional optimization platform, Gardin enables data-driven, plant-led decisions across all types of crop production. Its optical remote sensing technology, machine vision, and analytics measure plant physiology in real-time, allowing producers to proactively adjust growing conditions for optimal performance. Gardin’s end-to-end solution reduces waste, increases efficiency and margins, and supports healthier consumers by quantifying the nutritional content of food. The company’s proprietary plant photosynthesis sensor also supports climate-resilient agriculture and seed research, contributing to a more sustainable and secure global food supply.

Role Description

Following the completion of the company’s seed funding round, Gardin is looking to scale commercial deployments, invest further in R&D, and deepen collaborations with some of the world’s leading growers and food producers, positioning Gardin as a category-defining leader in next-generation crop sensing technology.

As Gardin accelerates its expansion across Northern Europe and North America, we are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, secure strategic partnerships, and close high-value contracts with top-tier growers and food producers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
