Head of Commercial - Adviser Platform - Salary £110,000-£145,000
Are you someone who enjoys turning insight into action, shaping and executing strategy, and leading business growth? This is a great opportunity for a commercial and strategically-minded leader with experience in wealth, platforms, or adviser distribution. It would suit someone who enjoys working at the heart of a business, influencing strategy, leading teams and building strong relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
A bit about the job:
The Adviser Platform business plays an important role in delivering investment solutions to the retail adviser market. In this role, you will be accountable for the commercial performance and strategic growth of the Adviser Platform proposition. You will turn performance data into meaningful insight, identify opportunities to accelerate growth and work with senior leaders across Aviva Wealth to deliver positive outcomes for advisers and customers. You will help shape business strategy by understanding market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, translating insight into clear plans that drive action. Alongside this, you will lead the provision of Technical Support to the adviser market, champion transformation activity and represent the Adviser Platform business across adviser, industry and internal forums. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will influence business performance, support long-term growth and help strengthen Aviva’s position in the adviser market.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong commercial leadership experience within wealth, platforms, or adviser distribution.
- Proven ability to analyse complex performance and industry data, identify opportunities and translate insight into business action.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building strong relationships across a broad range of business areas.
- Strong understanding of adviser markets, customer needs and the factors that influence commercial growth and market share.
- Leadership experience, including coaching, developing and motivating teams while driving high performance.

- Starting salary £110,000-£145,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
