Could you help to build a sustainable commercial programme that will shape the future of grassroots football across Hertfordshire?

This newly created role in our organisation is responsible for leading the creation and delivery of our Commercial Partnership Strategy, developing sustainable income across multiple streams whilst establishing meaningful partnerships that advance both our Business Strategy and The FA Grassroots Strategy.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll establish the systems, performance measures and commercial propositions that position Hertfordshire FA as a leading organisation within grassroots football.

Position: Head of Commercial and Partnerships

Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Hours: 35 hours per week (including some evening and weekend working over the season) Salary: £50,000 Based: Hybrid Role, with a minimum of 2 days per week at our HQ in Letchworth Garden City

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible to hold this role at Hertfordshire FA.

Role Purpose:

  • Design and deliver Hertfordshire FA's first Commercial Partnership Strategy.
  • Create new and diversified income streams that support grassroots football.
  • Build relationships with influential organisations across business, education, health and the public sector.
  • Develop innovative sponsorship and partnership opportunities that deliver genuine value.
  • Share relevant Commercial and Partnership thinking with the wider Hertfordshire FA team.
  • Shape, alongside the CEO, the commercial future of Hertfordshire FA.
