We are appointing a Head of Commercial to lead the next phase of growth for a Swiss manufacturer of medical aesthetics products.
Reporting to the Regional VP EMEA, you will hold full responsibility for UK strategy, P&L delivery, commercial performance, and market development. The business is in a high-growth, build-out phase, with a direct sales model serving aesthetic clinics, healthcare professionals, and key accounts.
You will lead the UK organization across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, and supporting functions, setting the commercial agenda and ensuring plans translate into sustainable revenue and profitability.
The Role
- Set and execute the UK strategy in line with EMEA and global priorities.
- Own the UK P&L, delivering revenue growth, profitability, and disciplined investment.
- Lead, develop, and build a high-performing cross-functional UK team.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with aesthetic clinics, healthcare professionals, and key accounts.
- Lead priority product launches, with accountability for commercial readiness, adoption, and performance.
- Build market position, improve customer experience, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Use customer insight, competitor intelligence, and market trends to inform commercial decisions.

Your Profile
You are a senior commercial leader with experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, Business Unit Director, Commercial Director, or equivalent.
You will bring:
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and a record of commercial growth.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, skincare, medical devices, consumer health, professional beauty, or a comparable sector.
- Strong understanding of direct clinic sales, professional customer channels, or complex B2B account environments.
- Product launch, market-development, and cross-functional leadership experience.
- The strategic judgement and operational pace to lead a growing UK business.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including regional or global leadership, boards, investors, and key external partners.
