Head of Commercial Finance
Location: Central Leicester
Salary: Up to £135,000 + Bonus
Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office
An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, multi-million-pound international consumer products business as Head of Commercial Finance.
This newly created, high-profile role will play a key part in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans, with a clear objective to double turnover over the coming years. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of commercial performance, driving EBITDA growth, profitability and improved business performance.
You will be a key commercial partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Licensing and Operations, providing insight, challenging decision-making and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive EBITDA growth, profitability and commercial performance across the business
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Licensing and Operations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and commercial financial planning
- Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities for revenue and margin growth
- Support pricing, profitability and wider commercial decision-making
- Lead and develop a small FP&A team
- Provide high-quality financial insight to support strategic business objectives
- Challenge performance and drive accountability across the wider business

Person Specification
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
- Proven track record of driving EBITDA growth, profitability and business performance
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Ambitious, results-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
