Eton Bridge Partners have been retained on a confidential search to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance for a leading international manufacturing business operating across EMEA. This is a strategically important leadership role within a high-performing and evolving organisation.

Reporting directly to the CFO and sitting on the Finance Leadership Team, the role will lead FP&A and commercial finance across the region, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, strengthen decision-making and support the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing forecasting, business insight and financial planning capabilities, while helping to shape a modern, data-led finance function.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the regional FP&A and commercial finance agenda, delivering robust forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning.
  • Provide decision support and commercial challenge to senior leadership teams.
  • Drive performance reporting and business insight, improving visibility of key financial and operational drivers.
  • Partner across finance and the wider business to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Champion continuous improvement across planning, reporting and finance processes.
  • Lead, develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of data, analytics and automation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A strong FP&A and commercial finance background within a complex, multinational environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
  • A track record of improving planning, forecasting and performance management processes.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience developing high-performing teams.
  • An analytical and commercially minded approach, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
