Head of Commercial Finance
Chilworth Partnership are partnering with a dynamic, international business to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance as a result of continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will lead the financial planning & analysis and business partnering function, delivering high-quality insight, robust forecasting, and strategic decision support across the business.
Head of Commercial Finance remit
- Reviewing & developing the monthly Group, Regional and Exec reporting & insight through commercial insight and development of technology.
- Development of KPIs, financial and non-financial drivers, trends and benchmarking across the business. Introduce a Finance / Business scorecard.
- Develop the segmentation of financial insight to create various lenses of performance and value creation.
- Implementing Business Partnering across senior management to enhance knowledge, insight and drive performance.
- Developing the Budgeting, Forecasting, use of strategic initiatives and planning coupled with post implementation reviews and analysis.
- Creation and development of the monthly Finance Board pack.
- Implementation of a new planning, reporting and analysis technology.

Head of Commercial Finance requirement
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification.
- Significant FP&A and commercial finance leadership experience.
- Track record of leading significant transformation of an FP&A function.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
