Central London | 4 days office / 1 day WFH | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a fully qualified finance professional with strong commercial experience and a background in retail, consumer, FMCG or another product-led environment?

Are you looking for a role where you can genuinely influence a growing business, work closely with founders and senior leadership, and have real ownership of the numbers? We’re working with an exciting high-growth, luxury product-led business that is looking to appoint a commercially astute Head of Finance to join the team and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

This is much more than a reporting role. You’ll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, using financial insight to help the business grow profitably, manage cash effectively and make better commercial decisions.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the commercial finance agenda and become a key strategic partner to the wider business. You’ll have exposure across commercial performance, cash flow, supply chain, inventory, forecasting, modelling and strategic planning, with plenty of opportunity to make your mark as the company scales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
