Location: West London & Hybrid Working Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is a high-profile leadership role, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key commercial and strategic decisions across the organisation.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering experience with the ability to provide clear insight and challenge in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
- Provide commercial insight and analysis to support business performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models and business cases for key investments and initiatives.
- Deliver reporting and performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead scenario planning and support business-critical decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and finance processes.
- Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships across finance, commercial and operational teams.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Significant post-qualified experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
- Previous Retail, Consumer Goods or related sector experience.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
- Ability to turn complex financial data into clear commercial recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
