Head of Commercial Finance
Growing Luxury Consumer Business
£75,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits
London - hybrid working: 4 days office pw
We are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing luxury consumer business in its search for a Head of Commercial Finance.
With ambitious growth plans, the business is looking for a commercially focused and analytically strong finance professional to help improve business performance, support strategic decision-making and strengthen commercial insight.
Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide financial and commercial insight to support performance, profitability, investment and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Build financial models, forecasts, scenarios and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, providing clear insight and constructive challenge.
- Develop a strong understanding of key commercial drivers, profitability and performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and longer-term financial planning.
- Develop KPI reporting and analysis to improve visibility and accountability.
- Support strategic investment, growth and transformation initiatives.
- Analyse e-commerce and broader trading performance to identify opportunities and improve decision-making.
- Provide financial insight into pricing, promotional activity and other commercial initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and planning.
- Help develop a more commercially focused and forward-looking finance function.

About You

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A or financial business partnering.
- Background within a fast-paced luxury, consumer, retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong financial modelling, Excel and analytical skills.
- Commercially minded with strong business judgement.
- Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Able to communicate complex financial analysis clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable operating across different areas of the business.
- Able to balance detailed analysis with broader strategic thinking.
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment.
