We're looking for an exceptional Head of Commercial Finance to lead our commercial finance function and play a critical role in driving the continued success of one of the world's most exciting venues. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to influence strategy, provide insight at the highest level, and help shape the performance of a fast-paced, high-profile business.

You'll work closely with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, maximise profitability, and ensure Co-op Live continues to deliver exceptional financial performance.
Leading the Commercial Finance Team
- Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across the venue
- Provide clear, actionable insights into event and venue profitability
- Help the business understand what drives success and where opportunities exist to enhance revenue, optimise costs, and improve performance
This role goes beyond traditional finance. You'll act as a trusted business partner, collaborating with teams across the organisation to challenge thinking, influence decision-making, and support the delivery of ambitious commercial objectives. Whether analysing the financial impact of major events, evaluating new revenue opportunities, or informing long-term strategic planning, your expertise will have a direct impact on the future success of Co-op Live.

- Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience + Benefits
