- Partner with central FP&A to ensure commercial insights, KPIs, MI, and BI support effective Group and investor reporting.
- Lead financial modelling for commercial tenders, providing robust revenue, profitability, and efficiency analysis to support contractual negotiations.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, frameworks, and commercial strategies across new and existing products and services.
- Lead scenario modelling across market assumptions and business performance to assess potential revenue and contribution outcomes.
- Own revenue forecasting and the commercial inputs into long-range plans, budgets, and quarterly forecasts, ensuring outputs are robust, dynamic, and supported by clear narrative.
- Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Finance function, embedding a culture of insight, accountability, continuous improvement, accuracy, and customer focus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
