Description
We are looking for a Head of Commercial Finance within our International Markets team. The Head of Commercial Finance is a senior role responsible for strong commercial finance leadership in support of IM’s ambitious growth plans. International Markets is a dynamic group of mature and developing markets, in which our route to market is largely through third-party distributors.
You will be a highly numerate, commercially curious person who is tenacious and comfortable with ambiguity. You will also be confident and resilient, able and happy to challenge and influence across functions and levels, and with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial leadership/ownership of the development and delivery of business-critical projects and growth opportunities which drive either profitability or growth (e.g. production localisation, cost reduction, RTM change, NPD launch).
- Develop powerful data-driven insight, and turn that insight into action.
- Guide and support markets in the creation and execution of strategic plans.
- Takes a proactive role in the IM Finance Leadership Team, including supporting with development and coaching.
- Is a valued member of the TwO Finance community, developing relationships and seeking ways to promote IM (whilst expanding financial and leadership skillset).
- Works with IM Head of Finance (and wider Finance team) to feedback improvements, developments and enhancements to IM finance and reporting systems.
