Our mission is simple:
To help providers move from reactive compliance to proactive operational intelligence.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial commercial leader to take Bloom to market during a critical growth phase.
This is not a finished product sales role. Bloom is operational and live within a medium-sized care operator, with active development continuing as we move toward NHS accreditation, Phase 2 rollout, and wider commercial launch.
We are looking for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can help shape:
- Commercial strategy
- Market positioning
- Early adopter acquisition
- Partnerships
- Revenue generation
- Customer feedback loops
- Go to market execution
Whilst working closely alongside operational and product teams still actively building and refining the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute Bloom’s go-to-market strategy
- Generate new business opportunities across health and social care
- Build relationships with care providers, commissioners, and healthcare partners
- Convert early adopter organizations into long-term customers
- Create scalable sales processes and pipeline management
- Deliver revenue growth against agreed commercial targets
Strategic Positioning
- Translate operational functionality into compelling commercial messaging
- Position Bloom as a governance and operational intelligence solution rather than simply a compliance tool
- Support branding, launch campaigns, and market awareness

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
