Head of Commercial Growth & Business Strategy – Consumer Technology & E-commerce

Location: Central London - five days per week in the office
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £100,000–£120,000 plus annual bonus, subject to eligibility

About the opportunity

Robert Half is partnering with a consumer technology business operating across e-commerce, rewards and prize competitions to appoint a Head of Commercial Growth & Business Strategy.

Part of an established international group, the business combines an app-led shopping experience with rewards and entertainment. With early traction in the UK and access to shared technology, product and design expertise overseas, it is now looking for a commercial leader to take ownership of its next phase of growth.

This is a newly created role working closely with the founder and group leadership. You will own the UK business’s commercial performance, day-to-day operations and P&L, turning ambitious growth plans into measurable results.

The role

You will set the direction and lead execution across acquisition, retention, monetisation and operations. The opportunity suits someone who has built and scaled a consumer business, understands the economics behind sustainable growth and is comfortable moving between strategic decisions and hands-on delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
