Head of Commercial

Company Overview

Feldspar | Early-stage Sports Technology

Feldspar is redefining how human movement is measured. Its intelligent, sensor-enabled surface captures performance data directly from the ground, giving athletes, coaches, and performance organizations richer insight into movement and performance. Launching initially in athletics, Feldspar has the potential to transform how elite performance is analyzed across sport.

Feldspar is now looking for its first Head of Commercial to lead the next stage of commercial growth.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role focused on turning strong market interest and an existing pipeline of opportunities into signed agreements, long-term partnerships, and recurring revenue. Working closely with the Founder, senior advisers, and Feldspar’s product and performance teams, you will take ownership of commercial opportunities from initial discussion through to proposition, pricing, negotiation, and contract.

You will also help establish the commercial foundations required for the business to scale, including pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, partnerships, and future go-to-market activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
