This is a greenfield, 'build and shape' position designed to define what modern insight leadership looks like across the organisation. - Crafting regular performance packs loaded with actionable, test-and-learn recommendations rather than standard reporting.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Executive, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Candidates require:
- Proven seniority as an insight leader.
- Sharp commercial acumen and a background in professional or people-based services.
- High-level gravitas with demonstrated confidence in advising and influencing executive leadership.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities to enhance analytical output.
- A track record to build teams and operating cadences from scratch.
- A strategic, curious mindset.
- The ability to commit to at least three days per week in the office.
