Senior Associate / Salaried Partner – Head of Commercial Litigation
Lewes | £70,000–£115,000 | Salaried Partner
A well-established, Chambers-ranked law firm is looking to appoint a senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to lead and develop its Lewes litigation offering.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Partner looking to take ownership of a growing Commercial Litigation practice, with the opportunity to join at Salaried Partner level.
The Role
You will handle a varied commercial disputes caseload while helping drive the continued growth of the department, with work including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Construction disputes
- General commercial litigation
- Dispute resolution and contentious matters
- Advising businesses, directors, and individuals
- Client development and business development

The Candidate
We are looking for a Senior Associate or Partner-level Commercial Litigation Solicitor with:
- Strong commercial and contractual litigation experience
- Construction experience advantageous
- Excellent technical and client management skills
- A genuine interest in developing a practice
- Strong business development ability
- Ambition to progress into or within Partnership
