Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing & Commercial, you'll lead our commercial strategy across products, services, pricing and promotions, helping to maximise customer value, commercial performance and long-term business growth.

The role
As Head of Commercial, you'll be responsible for leading the commercial direction of Boots Hearingcare's product and service portfolio, ensuring we continue to deliver compelling customer propositions while driving profitable growth.
You'll:
- Develop and deliver Boots Hearingcare's commercial strategy across products, services, pricing and promotions.
- Lead category planning to maximise customer acquisition, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
- Identify new commercial opportunities using customer insights, market trends and competitor analysis.
- Own pricing strategies, promotional planning and commercial performance across the portfolio.
- Lead supplier relationships and commercial negotiations to secure best value and maximise profitability.
- Drive the development and launch of new products, services and customer propositions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales & Operations, Finance and Sonova colleagues to deliver commercial objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team while fostering collaboration across the business.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading commercial, category, product or commercial strategy functions within a multi-site retail, healthcare or consumer business.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability and market share improvements.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, promotional plans and product portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and leading commercial negotiations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
