We are looking for a Head of Commercial
We are looking for a Head of Commercial to join our team in Sliema/Bucharest/London!
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for the commercial activities of our Goma Gaming division, reporting to the Managing Director and working with the Development Director and other team members. They will lead and grow sales and drive Goma’s marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper management of the sales and marketing process and reporting
- Use your extensive professional network to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Own the P&L for the Commercial team, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans to deliver commercial opportunities
- Lead all major sales acquisitions across multiple geographical areas
- Oversee the efficient use of marketing resources and manage the marketing budget
- Drive Goma sales processes while aligning with Group Sales
- Set KPIs and monitor sales and marketing performance in conjunction with Group sales
- Maintain CRM hygiene and deal value discipline in line with Group Sales
- Create and express Goma’s value proposition and tailor communications to specific client needs
- Engage in developing new markets
- Travel to conduct sales activities at client locations and industry conferences is expected

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years in a similar role in the industry
- Strong sales/ account development background
- Experience working with Group Sales and Account Management teams
- Full familiarity with MS Office software tools
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Strong background in multiple team management and coordination
- A basic technical understanding of the process involved during the practical delivery of digital gambling products, including generic knowledge of regulatory requirements
