The Role

Turning you on? This is a senior commercial role for someone who thrives at the intersection of events, data, and digital revenue.

You’ll own the go-to-market strategy and revenue success for Arc’s growing event technology and data products, starting with:

  • Pipeline intelligence tools
  • 1:1 Meetings
  • Lead Scanning

...with room to expand into new areas aligned with our digital, data, and events strategy.

Your focus isn’t just marketing—it’s result-driven commercial leadership. You’ll spearhead:

  • Pricing strategy
  • GTM planning
  • Revenue enablement
  • Product adoption
  • Internal evangelism

Think of you as the commercial gatekeeper—ensuring these products succeed both internally and with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & GTM

  • Develop go-to-market strategy (positioning, pricing, launch sequencing & revenue targets), aligning with financial leaders.
  • Define pricing models and competitive frameworks tied to clear client value progression.
  • Build investment briefs for new products, aligning market insights with ROI expectations.
  • Bridge the tech/client gap: Ensure product roadmaps reflect what buyers are willing to pay for—AND what the team can deliver.
  • Steer marketing’s messaging strategy, ensuring pitch executions drive measurable results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
